What is a digital employee?

A digital employee is an AI agent that takes on a real role in your business. It works with your knowledge, your processes and your tools, and it is there whenever you need it.

No closing time, no weekends. Requests get handled as soon as they come in.

The typical cases run overnight too: sort the request, ask a follow-up question, suggest a time, pull the documents. In the morning the result is waiting for you, together with the cases it deliberately leaves to you. You decide in advance what it may decide on its own and where it checks with you.

Every piece of information, every question and every decision stays on record, for the agent and for you.

Every conversation goes into a memory it draws on next time. A customer who wrote three months ago does not have to tell their story again. You can check what is stored at any time and have entries deleted.

The Personal Assistant runs on WhatsApp. Ideas, tasks and questions go through the app you already have open.

WhatsApp is the default because it is already open on your phone. Telegram, Slack and email work just as well if that is where your team is. It understands voice messages too, so you do not have to type while you are on the go.

From a single role to a full team with a team lead. Each tier builds on the one before.

You start with one role that takes real work off your plate. When a second one joins, it takes its own area and coordinates with the first. From the third tier on, a team lead keeps the knowledge together, so you still have one point of contact.

No hold music and no “we’ll get back to you.” Whoever writes in gets a useful answer within seconds.

The first reply arrives while the customer is still on their phone. That is usually where a request is won or lost. Anything it cannot answer with confidence goes to you with the full context attached, instead of a guess.

Customers write in whatever language is easiest for them. The reply comes back in the same language, with no translation agency in between.

German and English are everyday business, plus the common European languages and quite a few beyond. It detects the language of a request and answers in it. It will not translate contracts or legal texts on its own; those go to you.

Human or agent: who takes on what

Your team stays. The digital employee adds to it where availability and consistency matter.

  1. Availability

Fixed working hours, vacation and sick days

On duty around the clock, including nights and weekends

  2. Onboarding

Weeks to months until processes really stick

Starts right away, equipped with your knowledge

  3. Memory

Notes get lost, follow-up questions pile up

Forgets nothing, every piece of information stays on record

  4. Parting ways

    Notice period, rehiring, long handover

The role gets adjusted or switched off as soon as your needs change

  5. Costs

Unpredictable due to overtime, absences and payroll costs

    Predictable, regardless of workload

  6. Consistency

Energy and motivation vary from day to day

    Consistent quality, every day

Why not just use an off-the-shelf agent?

Five points where you will notice the difference day to day.

  1. One tool per task, and you assemble the rest yourself.

    Everything from one source

You tell us what you need. We build the right roles and hand them over fully set up.

  2. Support runs through tickets, forums and whoever happens to be on shift.

    One fixed contact person

You reach the developer who built your system and knows it in detail.

  3. Your data sits on shared infrastructure somewhere in the world.

    Your own server in Germany

Your data runs on infrastructure that we operate for you and that belongs to you alone.

  4. You control everything through the vendor’s agent dashboard.

    Control through your favorite channel

WhatsApp, Telegram or Slack, or built straight into your system. You decide where your team can be reached.

  5. The product gets sold, yet it barely runs in the vendor’s own daily work.

    We use it ourselves

Every day, for months now. The system buys back our own time.
